Will and Away activities
ROCK CLIMBING
A lot of our rock climbing and abseiling courses take place at a spectacular coastal setting near the picturesque seaside village of Robert's Cove, about half an hour south of Cork City.
We can organise rockclimbing excursions to any other parts of Ireland if you'd like.
ABSEILING
Abseiling involves descending down a cliff backwards attached to a rope.
This activity is suitable for people of all ages and ability.
BUSH CRAFT
Learn the ancient art of Bush craft and discover the wonder of our Irish Heritage and how people once lived off the land.
ORIENTEERING
Using navigation skills to find your way around a marked out course. Orienteering is a great activity for all, and very simple to get into as a sport, once you've had a go.
SURVIVAL SKILLS
We show you the skills you would need in order to help you survive in the wild. Survival skills are great to learn as they teach us how to appreciate nature, and how to have far more enjoyable and rewarding outdoor experiences.

HILL WALKING
If you would like to go on a trip to the mountains, let Will and Away take you on a memorable journey anywhere in Ireland.
We can organize hillwalking holidays at any time of year, to whatever part of the country you'd like to explore.
ENVIRONMENTAL ART
Environmental art involves using materials from nature to create works of art. You don't have to be artistic to appreciate this activity. Usually groups are given a brief or a theme as to what they need to make, and the rest is down to their own artistic license.
CAMP CRAFT
Learn all the fundamental skills required to organise a safe, comfortable and low impact campsite.
NATURE AWARENESS GAMES
We use fun nature games, to help people learn valuable insights into the natural world.
